Purpose of TEAR
There are three main purposes of this website:
1. Reaching people for Jesus Christ, by preaching
His true Gospel.
2. Fellowship between Evangelical Christians.
3. Learning and refining defenses of the Christian
faith.
Submit Information
As Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one
man sharpens another." This website is basically a collection of
writings from Evangelical Christians, which are under constant refinement.
If you agree with the statement of faith (below), and have any information
which you would like to make available to the public, you can email it
to me. This information can be in any form, and of any length.
Essays, papers, notes, etc...will be accepted. I will personally
review all material submitted to me, and if I determine it to be "within
the pail of orthodoxy" so-to-speak, I will post it right here on this website!
Statement of Faith
All material on this website is written by people who
agree with this statement of faith, or is information which I have found
on the internet that I believe upholds the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The statement of faith has been created in a way that would not exclude
members of varying Evangelical denominations, but would exclude those belonging
to cults and various cultic groups. If you disagree with this statement
of faith, I encourage you to read the material on this site and critique
it.
