Salvation

According to the Bible, we are all sinners, and we are all in need of a Savior.  That Savior, according to the Bible, is Jesus Christ, who died on a cross to bear our sins so that we, by faith in Him, can once again have the relationship with God that we were intended to have.  Many people nowadays deny this truth in many ways.  Some deny that we are restored to a right standing before God (justified) by faith alone, insisting that we must either earn our own salvation or cooperate with God by being obedient in order to be justified.  However, the Bible emphatically states that one is justified before God by faith (alone) in Christ, not by our works, desires, efforts, or cooperations with God.  This page is devoted to upholding the Biblical position of salvation.
